There are cycles of eight hours while you can eat everything, then start cycles of 16 hours when you don’t eat anything. And that’s daily routine every day. During the 16 hours the human body should be focused on rest, not to a constant digestion of food.
Ideal eight hours – from 9 to 17 am, from 8 to 16 pm, from 10 to 18 hours – It’s your choice.
Eat whatever you want – no restrictions, but be careful of overeating. Eat as much as you want, but do not overeat.
Be moderate with sweets and fizzy drinks. Snack and seeds are allowed, but be careful and choose healthy seeds: corn, almonds, walnuts …
Late breakfast – If you can have breakfast before 10 am drink coffee or tea. It is a good substitute for an early breakfast.
